This policy explains how Aristere F.Z.E (“Aristere”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit aristere.com or get in touch with us. Aristere is operated by Kamal Raydan, and we are the controller of the personal information described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, company, work email address and the details you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect usage and device information, such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. We use this to understand how the site is used.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver work with you.
- To understand how the site is used and whether it is doing its job, so we can improve it.
- To keep the site and the contact form secure and to prevent spam and abuse.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to our systems is restricted, and we use reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
